Giving

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

- Matthew 6:21

Why we give.

God is generous and so he calls us to be as well.  What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances. Paul wrote, "But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver." 2 Cor 9:6-7

Ways To Give

Give Online

For convenience, online giving is available by following the steps to the right.

Give In Person

While we do not 'pass the plate' at church, but do have a tithe box at the back of our sanctuary as we see modeled in scripture.
  • In the Old Testament, we see an example of a similar box in 2 Kings 12:9 "Then Jehoiada the priest took a chest, bored a hole in its lid, and set it beside the altar, on the right side as one comes into the house of the Lord; and the priests who kept the door put there all the money brought into the house of the Lord."
  • In the New Testament, a poor widow in Luke 21:1-2 put money in the treasury "And He looked up and saw the rich putting their gifts into the treasury, 2 and He saw also a certain poor widow putting in two mites."
